My approach involves identifying and acknowledging what is at the root of the client’s concerns/issues. The goal of therapy is to help clients learn how to identify and change their destructive or disturbing thought patterns to help encourage change.

Together, we will:

Explore your life experiences and relationships in a safe, non-judgmental environment to uncover underlying patterns contributing to your pain/issues. Then we will work towards making SMART Goals and exploring coping skills and tools.

I became a therapist because:

Experiencing my own trauma and overcoming it has shaped me as a therapist. It has helped me be more empathetic and non-judgmental.
