Jenni is well-versed in several therapeutic techniques, including Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT, Adlerian Parenting, and trauma-informed techniques. Jenni is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

At Dayrise we are accepting new clients ages 12 to 25 - we work exclusively with teens and young adults. Jenni provides a safe and supportive environment for counseling services, both in-person at our Lombard office and via telehealth.
