I listen and bring curiosity to the session to guide our work. Most clients have never had someone listen or help them explore their values. I do not bring an agenda to sessions. Clients gain a better sense of who they are and quality of life.

We work together to address your concerns and explore what may be holding you back from what is most important to you. How the past may link to the present and ways to move past what is no longer of service to you and how to access your strengths.
