I listen and bring curiosity to the session to guide our work. Most clients have never had someone listen or help them explore their values. I do not bring an agenda to sessions. Clients gain a better sense of who they are and quality of life.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families, narcissistic parents, and complex trauma. Symptoms include depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

I became a therapist because:

My experience of living with dyslexia and a close family member’s recovery from alcohol led me to what I am most passionate about.
