My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally informed, grounded in empathy and respect for your unique story. I have extensive training in domestic violence and have experience supporting and treating survivors of gender-based violence. This work has deepened my understanding of trauma and how it affects the body, mind, and relationships.

As an immigrant myself, I bring a personal and professional understanding of the complexities of cross-cultural identity, acculturation stress, and the emotional impact of navigating life between worlds. Together, we can explore the patterns that no longer serve you and work toward healing, resilience, and greater self-understanding.
