My therapeutic approach is client centered, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory as tailored to your needs.

Together, we will:

be open and have sympathy to one another. I listen and provide a safe non judgmental space to share. We will process all of this together. In the breakdown,  we will find the humor, the hurt, the anxiety, the anger, the joy.
