From my 18 years as a para-educator, I've learned that the greatest gift is a steady, unhurried presence. As a 2.5-generation Puerto Rican, I also understand the complexity of holding two worlds at once, and I am here to help you navigate it.

Clients often share that they appreciate how easily we can pivot to whatever is on their mind that day. My goal is to create a relaxed, tense-free space where you feel truly heard and completely comfortable opening up about anything you're carrying.

I specialize in problematic pornography and gambling use, building on skills developed during my substance facility internship. While I provide outpatient care, I gladly coordinate referrals for intensive needs. I also support clients with cannabis use, emotional regulation, anger, anxiety, and depression.

My passion for counseling started in high school Psych 101. I have a heart for helping people reach their goals and empowering them to create the change they desire. I also deeply enjoy learning new clinical methods, constantly striving to grow both professionally and personally.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mosaic Wholeness Center, a Christian counseling center in Rolling Meadows. With nearly two years of mental health experience, I am dedicated to offering compassionate, faith-informed support.
