Something to know about my approach is that I'm direct, warm, and collaborative. I don't do vague or passive therapy. I ask the hard questions, stay engaged, and work alongside you rather than just nodding from across the room. If you're ready to actually do the work, especially in your relationship, we'll get along well.

Together we will slow down long enough to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface, identify the patterns that keep pulling you back to the same place, and build something more honest and sustainable in your relationships, your emotional life, and your sense of self. The work is real, and so are the results.

My clients describe me as someone who is easy to talk to but doesn't let you off the hook. Warm, but direct. They often say they appreciate that I'm straightforward, that I actually remember what matters to them, and that they leave sessions feeling like something real happened, not just vented.

I specialize in working with people who are serious about their relationships but feel stuck, whether recovering from betrayal, breaking cycles of conflict, or navigating strain in their marriage. Many are high-functioning but quietly struggling. I also work with Spanish-speaking individuals and couples who want therapy in their first language.

I chose to become a therapist because I believe our deepest pain comes from relationships, but they are also where real healing can happen. I wanted to do work that truly matters, be there for people during their toughest times, and help them move forward. That is still what drives me today.

I started Mosaic Wholeness Center in Rolling Meadows to create a practice focused on real clinical experience and caring for our community. I have a doctorate and training in the Gottman Method, EFT, and CBT for Couples. We offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Korean, both in person and via telehealth.
