I am a therapist who will try different ways to assist my clients and not limit myself or my clients to one clinical modality. My Clinical approaches are CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy.

I have experience with all ages. I have worked with all clients from 5 yrs old to 65 yrs old. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. Still, I also have vast experience working with parents, couples.
