I specialize in working with people who experience relationship struggles, attachment issues, everyday stress, mood swings, potential thought/inattention disorders, and feeling unsure of themselves due to not being great at communication.

Becoming a therapist was a natural choice for me because I get so much satisfaction from helping people find their "voice" and empower themselves.

I use an eclectic method that's shaped by Person-Centered therapy, so our sessions feel like a comfortable chat. I also take cues from Gestalt therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and other trauma support techniques.
