There are seasons that ask us to slow down, turn inward, and listen. You may feel disconnected from various aspects of yourself, relationships, values, or deeper purpose. I help clients move through shame, grief, identity struggles, loneliness, and attachment wounds so they can feel more confident, connected, and authentically themselves.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, with a focus on going beneath surface level coping so that lasting change can take root. I am invested in and unafraid to provide the deep connection and nonjudgmental space essential to think, feel, and work through any fears, challenges, and patterns appearing in the way of accomplishing your goals.

Clients often describe me as warm, intuitive, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I bring depth, curiosity, and compassion into the therapy space, while also gently challenging clients when needed. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, supported, and empowered to grow in a way that feels true to you.

I specialize in working with people navigating attachment wounds, relational trauma, codependency, and BPD traits. I take a non-pathologizing approach to understanding pain, patterns, and protective parts, helping clients alchemize old wounds into self-trust, wholeness, and a more authentic self.

I became a therapist because I have always been fascinated by people, relationships, and the patterns that shape us. As therapy helped me better understand myself and connect more deeply with others, I felt called to offer that same space for growth, healing, and self-discovery!

My practice is an inclusive, affirming space where all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences are welcome! I value cultural humility, curiosity, respect, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe being fully human, fully seen, and supported as you are.
