I work with my clients to identify the problems, the severity of it, and symptoms and explore how these are impacting the individual's ability to function in life. Once this has been completed, we prioritize the problems and set a treatment plan.

Solve the problems that you face, using an integrated approach, identifying the most effective treatment interventions from an array of evidence-based psychological theories such as CBT, Rogerian/Client-Centered, DBT, Anger Management, etc.

I decided to focus on providing individual therapy after working in various work settings with a wide range of populations.
