The eclectic approach draws from multiple theoretical orientations to fit the specific needs of every individual, whose needs may not be resolved using only one approach. Identifying problems, developing plans and creating paths for success is key!

Navigate the client’s therapeutic goals and empower the client to be the leader. Clients must feel empowered to lead their journey, using the S.M.A.R.T. model. The expert of my client’s life is the client, who is the independent “fixer” or “expert”.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced some type of perceived trauma that limits personal or professional progression. The incident is not the trauma. The reaction to the incident is the trauma. Let’s reduce the arousal resulting from the initial incident.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy empowering others to reach their maximum potential in life! I enjoy identifying and addressing obstacles and roadblocks that hinder success.
