Angelica Smith

I specialize in working with adults that are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and are trying to find their way back to feeling like themselves. I strive to create a safe and collaborative space for my clients to allow themselves to be vulnerable. I utilize an integrative approach to psychotherapy and prioritize meeting my clients where they are.

Together we will work to challenge negative self-talk, identify ways to cope and process traumatic experiences, and learn tools to help you cope with the stress of everyday life. We will discuss your concerns with a collaborative and strengths-based focus.

I value transparency, compassion, and authenticity. I value meeting my clients where they are and providing a safe space for them in therapy. It takes a lot of strength to seek out therapy and I look forward to being on this journey with you.
