I specialize in working with people who:

Who struggle with anxiety and depression. I also work with youth / families who have experienced sexual harm. Currently, as a chemical dependency group therapy facilitator, I help those in the community who want to recover addictions with support.

I became a therapist because:

of my own life experiences - as evidence to provide hope and healing possibilities to those who want to change from a victim to a survivor.
