My approach is trauma-informed therapy because so much of what strains our relationships lives in our history. I draw from Family Systems Therapy, CBT, and DBT, specializing in couples and families, alongside adolescents and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, postpartum depression, and life transitions.

Together we will untangle painful patterns, rebuild trust, and develop tools that actually hold up in real life. Whether you're reconnecting with your partner, supporting a struggling teen, processing trauma, or adjusting to new parenthood — your story deserves to be fully heard.
