Healing starts with understanding, not judgment. I believe therapy works best when my clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to know they don't have to do it alone. I'll bring curiosity, compassion, and practical tools to each session, but most importantly, I'll meet you where you are.

Therapy isn't just about getting through another week or holding it in until your next session. Together, we'll build self-awareness, uncover patterns, and create meaningful change that continues long after our sessions end. I’ll bring the clinical expertise, but you’ll bring something just as important, your lived experience.

Someone who genuinely listens, remembers the little things, and creates a space where you can say anything, whether it be messy, complicated, or uncomfortable, without judgment. I’ll meet you where you are, while also gently challenging you when it helps you move forward.

I'm passionate about helping teens, young adults, and women navigate anxiety, trauma, burnout, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with clients who have been in therapy in the past, but feel they never found the root of the problem or the answers they were looking for.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel truly seen, understood, and supported. There's nothing more rewarding to me than helping people better understand themselves, heal from what's been holding them back, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

It's very important to me that my clients are able to feel connected to the therapeutic process; I want you to feel like you are talking to a real person who truly sees you. I'm committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC individuals where your identity is respected, celebrated, and never something you need to explain or defend.
