I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic approach. In addition to my cozy downtown office, I also offer outdoor walk-and-talk sessions, and remote counseling for Indiana residents.

I became a therapist because:

I believe all people are already capable of growth + healing when given the right support and guidance. I know what its like to be the therapy client.
