Accepting, Authentic, Calming, Empowering, Genuine, Adventurous, Trustworthy, and Insightful
Something to know about my approach is:
I'm an outdoor-based counselor. Clients may incorporate outdoor recreation as a part of their treatment plans. We can meet on hiking trails or paved walkways, kayak or rock climb, during our sessions. I take a positive, strengths-based approach.
Together, we will:
Develop goals; grow mindset and skills. Seek balance, peace & joy. Experience mindfulness. Improve relationships. Learn about self. Build trust and confidence. Study the brain-body connection. Explore and reflect on the past, future, and present.
I specialize in working with people who:
Who are navigating big life transitions and changes. Who don't feel like the traditional therapy office setting is right for them. Who have trouble sitting still. Are introverted. Who like to move and be active. Who enjoy nature.
I became a therapist because:
I believe all people are capable of growth and healing when given the right support and guidance.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer Walk-and-Talk or Hike-2-Heal, outdoor therapy sessions throughout the Indianapolis/Greater Indy area. I also offer in-office and telehealth.
More about me and my practice:
I believe we are both experts in our own ways, and therapy is a partnership where we both put in work. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. I will meet you where you are and empower you to get to where you want to be.
