I offer outdoor-based counseling. Clients may incorporate outdoor recreation into treatment. We can meet on hiking trails or paved walkways, kayak or rock climb, during our sessions. I take a positive, strengths-based, holistic approach.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer outdoor (hike/walk/kayak/rock climb) sessions as well as indoor sessions in my cozy office. My therapy vibe is cozy, not sterile. :)
