Explore your anxiety and worry; understand what's happening and how it relates to your past history; show empathy to yourself; learn skills to soothe emotion and begin to approach and take on things you've been avoiding
I specialize in working with people who:
are young and middle-aged perfectionists who feel worried, overwhelmed, and like they are too hard on themselves. I help my clients find a more balanced view of themselves and build an identity outside of achievement and pleasing others

I provide therapy in a cozy office in downtown Indianapolis. I offer telehealth care across the country and can be flexible based on where you are.
