Something to know about my approach is:

I enjoy feeling challenged by others thoughts and ideas and want to offer the same to my clients. I'm not a fan of homework, but do offer plenty of resources for those who want to explore more on their own.

Understand our own attachment styles, change our perspective to feel more confident, reduce anxiety and have happier relationships with ourselves and others. We will use brainspotting to feel calmer and tolerate pain and distress better.

I enjoy working with people who are interested in trying new approaches to improve our reactions in our bodies that help us move forward from traumatic experiences.

I became a therapist because:

I witnessed strengths, resilience and empowerment from people who had support after traumatic events and have been inspired by their strengths.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm thrilled to help people across the State see a provider of color through telehealth or locally downtown Indy.

I am a lifelong learner, which means I'm constantly reading about new interventions and gaining new skills to help my clients improve their lives more efficiently. I love using a combination of attachment theory, CBT and brainspotting.
