I’ve worked with and specialize in young adults (18-35) who report feeling anxious, ashamed, curious about who they are, low self-esteem, feeling sad, and are looking for hope.

I became a therapist because I struggled with depression and self-harm in my youth. My therapist back then taught me that my life is valuable. Now, I am have the pleasure of teaching others that their life is valuable too.
