My approach is active and practical. I use CBT to shift unhelpful thoughts, DBT for concrete skills, somatic work for how trauma lives in your body, and psychodynamic theory to explore deeper roots. We won't just sit with pain, we'll work through it; starting with what's bothering you right now and moving toward the deeper roots when you're ready.

Together we will create a space where you don't have to educate me on who you are. I work with couples, adults, and teens on anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, including first-gen immigrants navigating two worlds. You bring your experience. I'll bring the cultural awareness so we can get straight to what matters.
