Together we will explore what feels overwhelming or stuck, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and build practical coping skills so you can move toward healing, balance, and greater confidence in your daily life.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, trauma, stress, or life transitions and want support building healthier coping skills and emotional resilience.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a safe, supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I value walking alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I offer in-person and telehealth therapy for teens and adults ages 14 and up. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and helping clients feel supported as they navigate stress, emotions, substance use concerns, and life changes.
