I work with the client to set attainable goals. We look at life patterns and which ones need to be broken or changed and go from there. You know you best. I am here to come along side and help unpack the burdens that way you down.

My role is to help you utilize your strengths to help you overcome barriers in order to grow more fully into who you want to become.

I typically see clients between the ages of 25 and 70 and most of my clients need help with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Relationship or Job related issues.

I believe this is what I was meant to do. I love my work and helping people. Those "lightbulb moments" with clients are what it's all about.
