I use several different approaches or theories in therapy as I believe no one approach fits all clients. I believe that one must take a holistic approach to overall health. `
I work with the client to set attainable goals. We look at life patterns and which ones need to be broken or changed and go from there. You know you best. I am here to come along side and help unpack the burdens that way you down.
I typically see clients between the ages of 25 and 70 and most of my clients need help with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Relationship or Job related issues.
I believe this is what I was meant to do. I love my work and helping people. Those "lightbulb moments" with clients are what it's all about.
