I love building the therapeutic relationship with compassion, grace, a little bit of humor and professional insight.

Most of us will experience at least one hard story in our lifetime. Often, we endure so much more. These hard stories shape who we are, affect our mental health, influence our relationships or define the way we live our lives.

I provide you the environment to explain, process and grow through these hard stories. I will listen to you with empathy, as many struggles do not have quick, easy solutions. I will work with you, as we problem solve and determine the next steps.

My specialty is working with “hard story people,” including individuals or couples coping with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, employment/career concerns, grief/loss, chronic illness or physical health concerns, trauma and relationship issue

We all deserve a safe space to grow through the hard stories of our lives and to improve our mental health, relationships and satisfaction in life.

Telehealth is not for everyone, but I love the access and comfort it provides for many clients.

Influenced by Carl Rogers, I strive to utilize the person-centered approach by focusing on unconditional positive regard, congruence, and empathy. I am interested in getting to know you and understanding life through your perspective.
