I have training in trauma-informed care and experience working with people from all different backgrounds. But more than that, I truly believe in creating a space where you feel safe to be real.

My goal is to provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for you to be yourself and feel safe enough to heal, grow, and express yourself.

I specialize in working with clients who have been through traumatic events, big or small. I also have experience in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, intellectual disability, and many other mental health concerns.

I have a passion for making people feel validated and understood. I want everyone to know that, no matter their situation, they are important.

I have a variety of fidgets and stickers! I understand that it can be very difficult to talk about things, so I want to do everything I can make you comfortable!
