Working with a mental health professional was incredibly valuable in healing and reaching my future goals. My holistic approach to counseling is based on evidence-based practice and years of clinical and personal experiences. First, we explore trigger points, including emotions, thought patterns, habits, relationships, work, and more.

Work towards becoming more yourself. We will work together to safely process barriers and experiences that are holding you back. Only when we identify these barriers can we create clear and actionable steps towards solutions. It is my goal to see you gain confidence, learn new skills, and see the desired growth in your life.

My most common feedback is that I am calm, knowledgeable, and approachable. I work to coach through your biggest hardships in life in a way that challenges you but always meets you where you are at. My clients have reported that I go beyond just being supportive to teaching how to practice skills that help their lives personally and relationally.
