I am a warm and compassionate therapist who is committed to providing my clients with a safe and supportive environment. I believe that everyone has the capacity change, heal, and grow in any stage of their lives.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating but doesn't have to be. I provide a warm, welcoming, and judge-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We will spend time getting to know another, and what brings you to therapy, and explore how I can best support you. There is no pressure just an opportunity to feel heard and supported

I became a therapist because I've always had a passion for helping others. For over 25 years I've had the privilege of supporting people through life's challenges. I feel blessed in my own life and believe in giving back by offering compassion, guidance, and hope to those who need it. Being part of someone's journey toward healing is truly rewarding.
