My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing mental health and navigating life’s challenges begins with feeling safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I recognize that every individual has a unique story shaped by personal experiences, relationships, struggles, and strengths.

In our work together, I incorporate practical coping strategies, emotional support, and healthy communication tools that clients can apply in everyday life. I believe lasting change happens when clients feel empowered, validated, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, supportive, and easy to talk to. They appreciate my calm and non-judgmental approach and feel comfortable being open and honest in sessions. Clients often share that they feel heard, understood, and emotionally supported while working through difficult life experiences, relationship challenges, stress and trauma.
