I specialize in working with people who are in difficult transitional life stages, or have added stress due to situations in life that don't always have clear outcomes or answers. Many of these situations include fertility journeys, relationships, creative passions, career, and family dynamics.

I became a therapist because I know firsthand how transformative therapy can be. Some of the most important growth and healing in my own life began in the therapy room. Those experiences inspired me to become the kind of therapist who helps others feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate their own journeys.
