Being very down to earth and easy to talk to. An encouraging person that does not judge them for their past. Very understanding and eager to listen.

I have focused the past fifteen years on understanding trauma, especially within the first responder community. Over the past seven years, I discovered a passion for working in addiction recovery as well as with behavioral struggles in children.

I wanted to be an attorney! Long story short... God put me where I am supposed to be. I love helping people realize they're not alone in the world.

There is a stigma surrounding mental health. I developed NewWay Health LLC to advocate for those fearful to seek help. Let me guide you through the process of learning & healing. We can build resiliency & focus on achieving the life you deserve.
