The most common theoretical approaches I use in my work are Rogerian; person-centered, motivational interviewing, and holistic healing.
Goals are set by the client and for the client. I will assist clients in developing insight toward what specific goals they are looking to achieve and review the progress toward those goals with the client regularly.
I typically work with anyone who is looking to find ways to navigate the difficulties of life and have a want for increased happiness and peace in their day-to-day life.
It is rewarding to watch those who once felt lost, alone, stressed, and hopeless to find hope and gratitude in daily life.
