I want to help my clients achieve lasting and permanent life change. For this reason, I focus on getting to the root of the problem in addition to providing practical skills and solutions. We will explore the deeper parts of yourself to uncover the true source of your struggles and then, most importantly, fundamentally change it.

I strive to create an authentic relationship with my clients that feels comfortable and casual but also provides a certain level of expertise. My style is very warm and connected, but I also challenge my clients when needed and give more direction than some other clinicians. I find many of my clients are looking for a more direct and focused approach.

I specialize in helping men overcome porn and sexual addiction. I also specialize in the treatment of trauma (PTSD, complex PTSD) and the effects of past trauma or abuse (depression, substance use, hypervigilance, etc.). However, I am also well suited to serve clients with wide range of issues. I also offer Christian counseling to clients of faith.

I absolutely love helping people and get joy from meeting people in their darkest places to bring hope.

I offer telehealth services for anyone in Kentucky and I have a physical office located in Somerset.
