I use the treatment methods that best help clients achieve their goals. I offer empathetic therapeutic services utilizing different theoretical orientations. You will have the opportunity to express yourself in a safe and non-judgmental space.

I believe every aspect of the treatment process should be client centered. Who else knows you better than you know yourself? I believe the client should have their voices heard so that achieving goals is achievable, specific and measurable.

I work well with individuals from all walks of life as I have struggled and fumbled in some of the same walks. I work well with anxiety and mood disorders, as well as have spent many years working in the addiction field.

I became a therapist because:

I am driven to continue to work in this field in order to de-stigmatize mental health and show people that life is possible, despite the struggle.
