I believe therapy should be personalized to each client rather than limited to one approach. I take a person-centered and open-minded approach, recognizing that every individual’s experiences, needs, and goals are unique. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership between equals—not an expert and a student.

Together, we will learn how to feel empowered, develop healthy ways to cope with circumstances that may not change, and keep moving forward when life gets hard. I will provide ongoing support and a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and encouraged even during times when you feel lonely or overwhelmed.

Clients describe me as an effective listener who is humorous, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. My goal is to meet each client where they are and help them navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.
