Something to know about my approach is that I help you really understand your anxiety and how it shows up for you, and then we find ways to respond to it that actually feel doable and make a difference in your day-to-day life.

Together, we will notice when anxiety shows up, walk through what your mind and body are doing in those moments, and practice responding differently so those patterns start to shift over time.

My clients would describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive. I’m not overly formal, and I aim to create a space where you can be yourself. I bring a mix of thoughtful conversation, gentle guidance, and even some humor when it feels right, while also slowing things down and making space for the moments that really matter.
