I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand how your thoughts impact your life. I am here to help you identify your own personal goals and will work with you every step of the way to achieve success.

My clients describe me as down to earth, thoughtful, understanding, patient, funny & someone who is listening to what they really need/want in a session. Previously I was a 2nd grade teacher & college admissions officer so I am well versed in all things school/college. I’ve found that my way of talking to people & getting them to open up is a unique talent.

I specialize in working with people who are looking for someone to listen with an empathetic ear, provide you space to vent, help you feel heard, not just throw a bunch of worksheets at you, provide a space where you feel comfortable to speak freely, be human and talk to you as such, provide you with what you need and not just what they think you need.

I began my professional career as a teacher and then spent close to 10 years working as an admission counselor guiding students throughout the college admissions process. It wasn’t until I found the mental health field that I found what I feel I was truly meant to do in this world. It was a perfect way to blend all of my experience into one.
