The Life Matters Wellness team, work with individuals who desire to use therapy as a means for healing from past and current traumas, as well as managing stress, anxiety and depression. We also assist individuals to establish life goals.

We enjoy helping people discover the power that exist within themselves to take control of their lives and overcome obstacles!

We currently offer virtual counseling sessions where clients are able to receive counseling from their place of comfort, which has been effective!
