Working with adults navigating the effects of life experiences that can feel overwhelming to process alone, I provide trauma-informed care grounded in trust, safety and respect. I specialize in women's care, trauma, ADHD, conflict, and domestic violence. I hold certifications as an adult ADHD specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll go at your pace—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly listened to. The first session is as much about you getting to know me as it is about me getting to know you.

My communication style is warm, empowering, curious, and nonjudgmental. I balance compassion with gentle challenge and believe humor and authenticity are important parts of healing and growth. I never push clients to do something they are not ready for and believe lasting growth happens best at a safe, sustainable pace.

Many of my clients come to therapy when they feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. I support clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, increasing motivation for change, and developing healthier boundaries. I offer ADHD-informed support to help with organization, emotional regulation, and self-understanding.
