Flexibility: People are so different. Every experience and every belief shapes the lens through which we view the world. This is why I stay flexible and keep an ever-growing clinical toolbox so that I can have as many options for clients as possible.

Create the safe relationship needed to work through the craziness that is life. I have a love for creating safe space for folx that often find it elusive, particularly those who identify as gender, sexuality, or relationship diverse (GSRD).

Empowering: I believe therapy isn’t something done to someone. It's done by the self with the support of a knowledgeable and attuned professional.

Identify as GSRD. While your orientations may come easily to you and your partner(s), the world around us can really complicate things. From navigating nuclear families to traditional institutions, it can all add additional stress to relationships.

I fell in love with the magic of seeing people who feel unseen. Personal evolution is a courageous undertaking and it is a gift to be invited along.

As a true nerd of all things that I love, I read as much new mental health research as I can, with a special passion for relationships and healthy sexual development. My current inspiration comes from Akilah Riley-Richardson and Prentis Hemphill.
