Genuine, grounded, and steady. Clients appreciate that I’m real and not afraid to name what’s in the room. I bring warmth, a touch of humor, and sometimes a pet or two because therapy works best when it feels human and fully present.

Care deeply for others and carry heavy emotional loads which includes caregivers, healthcare professionals, therapists, parents and those navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, and significant stress. I help people who are overextended, overfunctioning, grieving, or anxious reconnect with steadiness, purpose, and their own well-being.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people make sense of pain and change. Becoming a social worker felt like a natural way to help others find meaning, choice, and healing in their own stories and to remind them they don’t have to do it alone.

My practice blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, trauma-informed and compassion. I’m trained in evidence-based approaches and honor each client’s lived experience, starting where you are. Sessions are virtual and sometimes include one (or all) of my pets. I value authenticity, humor, and building self-trust and awareness over perfection.
