If you're dealing w/ grief from the loss of a loved one, trauma, battling depression, anxiety, or stress, I can help. I have a passion for helping men find the emotional support/outlet to be their best selves. I specialize in working with helpers.

I enjoy helping people on their journey to wholeness and healing. I have always been a great listener and my curiosity helps me ask great questions.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer sessions in an environment that is warm, friendly and comfortable. Many clients enjoy coming into the office for the "comfy" reclining chairs
