I believe that each individual client has within themselves the power to change, live their ideal intended life, and maintain satisfying relationships. I have been known to challenge my clients to confront their issues head on without fear.

The counseling experience should provide an environment that is supportive, nonjudgemental, safe, and encouraging. I use that space to help clients explore their traumas, fears, apprehensions, anxieties and self-defeating thoughts/behaviors.

My clients describe me as laid back, non-judgmental, easy to talk to, but challenging. In sessions with me clients feel safe, seen, and heard.

If you're dealing w/ grief from the loss of a loved one, trauma, battling depression, anxiety, or stress, I can help. I have a passion for helping men find the emotional support/outlet to be their best selves. I specialize in working with helpers.

I enjoy helping people on their journey to wholeness and healing. I have always been a great listener and my curiosity helps me ask great questions.
