I call the focus of my practice The Crowded Nest because I work quite a bit with parents of adult children who have boomeranged or never left home. I also work with clients in other arenas, including career, anxiety, chronic pain, digestive and gut issues (primarily IBS), perfectionism, people pleasing, and infertility.

I've experienced firsthand, by sitting in the client chair, how profoundly powerful therapy can be in creating the life that I want. I was a coach before I was a therapist, so I know the affirming, strengths-based approach of coaching, but I also like to look back at your past.
