My Afro-centric approach offers my clients an opportunity to be their whole selves in therapy. No code switching necessary. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for honest self-disclosure and examination. I compassionately challenge and encourage my clients to be the best versions of themselves both in and outside of therapy.
