Deciding on therapy and getting to your first appointment is more than half the battle to getting and feeling better. I work to explain the therapy process. I strive to be an active listener as you describe what brought you into therapy.

I work to make you feel comfortable and look at goals you would like to achieve. I work to demystify the therapy process. Everyone has the tools to get better; they just have to learn when and how to use them.

I use humor and motivational interviewing to help the client feel comfortable. I am very empathetic and work to make each client feel heard, appreciated, and safe.
