Nevertheless, you've arrived here. Let's begin your journey towards being a better you. My therapy style can best be described as compassionate, caring, and humorous.

Together we will work to identify not only your goals for treatment, but also your strengths, areas of growth, and hopes for the future. Above all, we'll discuss all potential factors that are causing you dissatisfaction in your life. After all, we as people do not exist within a vacuum. Who we are is often the result of a multitude of factors.

I have been described as a compassionate, passionate and hard working therapist who presents themselves authentically. My clients appreciate my flexible approach that meets them where they are at the time they begin therapy. Above all, I am a therapist who respects and honors my client's own wisdom and expertise when collaborating on their goals.

I specialize working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression or major life transitions. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma.

I became a therapist because I truly believe in people's desire to grow and overcome challenges in their lives. Having seen this first hand, I relish the privilege to become a part of someone's journey to becoming the best version of themselves possible.

I work to provide individuals flexible and accessible options for mental health therapy and care. Much like a river on its journey to the sea, seeking self improvement and healing can be a process filled with twists and turns, falls, rapids, and deep currents. My hope is that through my approach we are able to traverse it with care, and safety.
