Warm, empathetic, easygoing, and nonjudgemental. I am here for the hard moments and the emotions they may bring up, and just as happy to laugh and celebrate the wins with you! You can talk about anything and everything in our therapeutic space and you can expect to feel seen and heard.

In our first session, I will ask you about what has brought you to therapy and questions about your background. You can share as much as you feel comfortable. You are more than welcome to ask me any questions you have about me, my approach to therapy, or anything else you might be wondering.

Therapy is the most fulfilling work I can imagine because it allows me to walk alongside people during their pivotal moments of growth and healing. It is a privilege to witness clients find their path, a greater sense of self, strength, resilience, courage, and hope.

I’ve lived in Maryland for the last nine years, but I grew up in the mid-west. When I’m not working, I’m taking my kids to baseball practices and watching games, cooking new recipes for my family, or hanging out with my husband. I love to read and be outdoors. As a former single parent, I have a lot of life experience to offer and bring into my practice.
