I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Existential Therapy, with a focus on trauma- and somatic-informed practices.

Together, I will help you manage uncertainty, change, and strong emotions, navigate conflicts, and be empowered, resilient, and in control throughout daily life. I strive to help clients pursue positive and beautiful thinking, and harmony among the mind, body, and spirit. I also help clients develop their strengths, identity, motivations, and life purposes.

Growing up, I had awareness of my altruistic and compassionate nature, leading me to view the profession of therapy not as work, but as life passion and purpose. I hold the philosophy that people never needed to "fix" themselves, but rather understand and accept themselves. I hold strong belief that everyone deserves to be seen, understood, and assisted.
