My practice is built on the belief that everyone already has within them the resources to heal, grow, and thrive. I use evidence-based interventions – primarily a therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as AEDP, and somatic approaches – to help people tap into that innate wisdom. With my guidance, clients heal themselves.

Work collaboratively to clarify your goals and values, build trust and safety, and fully understand what feels hard in your life right now. We'll integrate strategies to help you experience more calmness, connection, and confidence from the inside out - sparking inner growth that yields outside change in your daily life.

Warm, down-to-earth, and showing up genuinely in our work. They feel understood, and comfortable to be themselves... which sometimes surprises them, given how daunting it can be to start therapy or coaching. Mostly, clients appreciate our authentic connection and the profound change that our work brings to their day-to-day.

Are grappling with uncertainty, high stress, or loneliness in their lives. Sometimes they are feeling intense emotions, or behaving in ways that are confusing and frustrating for them. They may be feeling disconnected from other people, or overly worried about how others perceive them. They're seeking more connection, peace and balance in their day-to-day.

My own experience of therapy changed my life and I wanted to pay it forward! Naturally curious and compassionate, I have always felt drawn to life's deeper mysteries around meaning and purpose, and the questions we all ask about who we really are. I love being a part of someone's journey in discovering those answers for themselves.

I founded a group practice, called Sapientia Wellness Services, and have an amazing team of clinicians and coaches who share a similar love and energy for this work. We specialize in working with men and women's issues, eating disorders & body image, anxiety, and trauma. We look forward to collaborating with you!
