I am not the therapist who will just "umm hmm" and "How does that make you feel"...I'm much more direct than many therapists, though I will go at your pace. I am EMDR certified but I do not use EMDR with every client if it is not needed or desired.

Take an honest look at what you have been carrying around with you and how you can start to put what has been weighing on you down, piece by piece. Life throws a lot of stuff at us - It's helpful to have someone to help you sort it all out.

my labradoodle, Rocky, joins my in person sessions and will often give you a snuggle and try to give you kisses if you let him!

I have a hybrid practice with about half of my clients coming in person and half online. Some just like being at home, some see me on their lunch break, and of course all of my clients in MA are via video but they also get later availability!
