Together, we’ll identify what’s already working and what you’d like to change, and develop strategies and tools to help you move forward and achieve your goals.

Clients often describe me as caring, positive, and energetic. I bring a warm, supportive presence and offer thoughtful insight when it feels helpful, helping you connect the dots and see things in a new way.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like something just isn’t right. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or the impact of past experiences and are looking for ways to move forward.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t have options or that no one can help. When I found the right support and approaches, things began to shift, and that’s what I hope to offer the people I work with.

I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are without needing to have everything figured out. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and tailor therapy to each individual.
